Fire Escapes are our speciality, and we design, manufacture and install a complete range for the Commercial, Industrial and Domestic Markets, as well as offering a refurbishment service.
All our fire escapes are individually fabricated, to meet the needs of the client, and comply with Building and Fire Regulations for their specific use.
Our range includes Internal, External, Mezzanine and Spiral Escape Stairs, available in single or multi-flight configurations. Dependant on the height and usage, we supply straight flight escapes, stairs with mid-landing and platforms, or enclosed stairs with security cages.
Finishes include Zinc Phosphate as standard, with options for Galvanised, Powder-Coated, Gloss Paint, and Fire Retardant finishes available.
We can fabricate a new Build Fire Escape Project to your Drawings provided, or offer an optional CAD package with Structural Calculations should you require. We are happy to liaise with Building Control to provide sketches and details of our proposals.
We can often replace existing damaged Fire Escapes, often on a ‘like for like’ basis, saving valuable time, and offer a refurbishment service subject to a site survey and feasibility.
All our work is fully guaranteed and insured, and on acceptance of our quote we always perform a site visit to survey and measure, to ensure your project will be problem free.
